The owners of this stunning barn conversion were struggling to visualise the layout of their living room. At 11 x 6m, it was a fantastic size but they were completely overwhelmed with how to make the room useable.
As the room was already decorated, my role focused on layout and furniture sourcing. They wanted to incorporate family heirloom antique furniture and were drawn to a classic Hamptons look.
I worked on zoning the space using rugs to create a relaxed tv area, formal sitting arrangement around the statement fireplace, and large dining space perfect for entertaining. Reupholstering their existing dining chairs bought their beautiful dining table in keeping with the rest of the scheme.
